Portland New Markets Fund I, LLC (PNMF) is a community development entity which received a $100 million allocation of New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs) in 2003.

Through a strategic collaboration, the Portland Development Commission served as the "controlling entity" of PNMF. PNMF has deployed its entire NMTC allocation by funding nine high-impact real estate projects and capitalizing a small business loan fund.
