NCF Advisory Board
National Community Fund I, LLC (NCF) is a community development entity. NCF's Advisory Board consists of community leaders from low-income areas throughout the United States.

The Advisory Board is responsible for representing the interests of the residents, businesses and stakeholders of the low-income communities in which NCF makes investments.

The following is a roster of the Advisory Board:

Kevin Adams

Mr. Adams is a Board Member for Extraordinary Young People, which provides its services to Native American youth and their families on reservations and in villages and reserves in Oregon, Washington and Idaho. EXYP’s focus is on locating youth centers in high poverty, high crime and high unemployment tribal areas that are underserved in terms of youth programming.

Andrea Cooksey

Ms. Cooksey is a resident in a qualified low-income community in Houston, Texas.

Ronald Herndon

Mr. Herndon is the Chairman of the Board for the National Head Start Association, a federally funded organization that offers its services exclusively to the children of low and very low income families throughout the United States.

Edward London

Mr. London is a Board Member for the Atlanta Cooperative Development Corporation, a HUD approved agency whose IDA account program is specifically designed to help low income people build wealth by helping fund education, home acquisition and small business development. Atlanta Cooperative Development Corporation’s mission is to develop cooperative endeavors in housing, business and finance.

Paul Parkhill

Mr. Parkhill is the Director of Planning & Development for Greenpoint Manufacturing and Design Center, a not for profit industrial developer in New York City that creates and sustains viable manufacturing sectors in urban neighborhoods through planning, developing, and managing real estate and offering other related services.

Rey Ramsey

Mr. Ramsey is Chief Executive Officer for One Economy Corporation, a national nonprofit organization that brings broadband to the homes of low-income people and provides a multilingual web portal called The Beehive. One Economy Corporation’s mission is to maximize the potential of technology to help low-income people improve their lives and enter the economic mainstream.

Carl Talton

Mr. Talton is the Executive Chair, CEO & President of Portland Family of Funds.

Clifford Turner

Mr. Turner is owner of Turner Realty & Management, Inc. in Louisville, KY
