These reports, prepared by PFF's affiliate United Fund Advisors, quantify and describe the anticipated direct, indirect and induced economic impacts of New Markets Tax Credits investments made by National Community Fund, Portland New Markets Fund, and Portland Historic Rehabilitation Fund.

Metrics measured in these reports were developed in collaboration with the Portland New Markets Fund Advisory Board. The result was the Community Impacts Measurement System (CIMS), which can be viewed here.
