The Portland Family of Funds (PFF), based in Portland, Oregon, specializes in structuring and financing targeted, qualified transactions using equity and debt from private investors and lenders. We are currently helping several organizations structure transactions utilizing New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs), including the Portland New Markets Fund, which received $100 million in allocation authority in 2004. We also provide Tax Credit Compliance and Consulting services on transactions that leverage NMTCs, Historic and Business Energy Tax Credits and municipal funding with private equity investments.
