Our professional Board of Directors provides guidance and expertise in forming funds and achieving strategic goals. All Board members are extensively involved in community affairs, and participate or help lead many of the most significant non-profit efforts in our community. Members of the Board include:

Carl Talton, Executive Chair

- Business: President, CB Talton Group LLC; former Vice President of Government Affairs, Community and Economic Development for Portland General Electric
- Community: Appointed by the Governor to the Oregon Economic and Community Development Commission, and the Oregon Council for Knowledge and Economic Development Commission.

Hank Ashforth

Marty Brantley
